We ship items worldwide! We offer global shipping so you can get our incredible products no matter where you are in the world.
When will I receive my tracking number and how long will my order be processed?
Once we receive your order, processing will begin immediately. Orders may take 1-3 business days to be processed. Tracking number will be provided via email once the item has been shipped.
Which carrier do you use for shipping and what type of method is offered?
We utilize USPS Priority mail as our primary shipping for our Standard shipping method. After you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and mailed. Once order is mailed, it will be delivered between 3-4 business days.
I made a mistake on the shipping address what should I do?
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout has been entered correctly. If an error has been made on the shipping address, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to make the changes before the items are shipped. In the event that your order is returned to us due to insufficient address, there will be a $15 fee for your order to be resent to the correct address. Please note, If your order has already been processed, we cannot modify your order.
Rosejewelrycollections does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.
All orders placed are final.
Am I responsible for Duties and Custom Fees?
International tax and duties, custom fees, or any other charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. Rose Jewelry LLC and the carrier do not have control over how long a package may be held and cleared from customs.
Need to exchange a product?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy. Please note that due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on earrings. Please contact email@example.com and include Return- (Order number) on the subject line and provide a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is one of our values. We offer a 30-day warranty from the date your product has been delivered. All items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached to be eligible for a full refund. Please note we do not provide prepaid shipping label on returns/exchanges for international orders. Shipping fees for USA orders are non-refundable. Please note, earrings are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons.
1. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable
3. Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable.
4. Items in the collection of clearance/sale are not refundable or exchangeable.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 7 days.
